HEATING

WARRANTY CONDITIONS

The retailer guarantees a statutory period of warranty for the product described on the back. The warranty applies from the purchase date. The purchase date must be shown on the proof of purchase. The retailer will repair or replace the products in which a defect has been found free of charge, if manufactured in Germany. This does not include parts subject to wear such as fabric covers. The requirement is that the faulty device is sent in with the proof of purchase before expiration of the warranty period.
